⚽️ Football ‘4’ All – 3 Day Easter Fun Camp 2026! ⚽️ 🐣 Easter Football Fun is Here! 🐣 Football ‘4’ All are excited to announce Camp 1 of our Easter Football Camps, packed with football, fun, and fantastic coaching! Camp notes
Holiday Camp Late Collection & Payment Policy
We understand that unexpected delays can occur. However, to ensure fairness to our staff and to maintain the safety and wellbeing of all children, we operate clear collection and payment policies.
Collection Times
• Standard Collection Time: 2:00pm
• Grace Period: 15 minutes (until 2:15pm)
Late Collection Charges
If a child is collected after the grace period, the following charges will apply:
• £12.50 per child, per 15-minute period (or part thereof)
Examples
• Collected by 2:15pm → No charge
• Collected between 2:15 – 2:30pm → £12.50 per child
• Collected between 2:30 – 2:45pm → £25.00 per child
• Collected between 2:45 – 3:00pm → £37.50 per child
• Charges continue to accrue in 15-minute intervals
👉 All charges are calculated per child.
Payment Terms
• Full payment for holiday camp must be made at least 48 hours before the course commences.
• If payment has not been received by this time, an invoice will be issued for the full amount.
• Non-attendance does not remove the obligation to pay. If your child does not attend, full payment will still be required unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Any outstanding balances, including late collection fees, must be settled promptly.
Important Notice
Repeated late collections or ongoing payment issues may result in a review of your child’s place at camp.
These policies are necessary to cover staffing, safeguarding, and operational costs and to ensure the smooth running of the camp.
