Coaches and employees of Football '4' All bear no liability whatsoever for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained by individuals or property, whether occurring before, during, or after Football courses.

By enrolling in Football '4' All, I grant permission for qualified First Aiders to administer necessary First Aid and authorise the transfer of my child to a hospital in case of emergencies.

I acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued in cases of bad weather or absence of enrolled children. Football '4' All retains the right to expel disruptive participants from its courses, without refund.

All payments for your child's course must be made in full five days prior to the session's start date.

If your child is unable to attend, a minimum of 48 hours notice must be provided, or a valid doctor's certificate must be submitted. If not, a 50% cancellation charge applies per child.

The information provided during registration will be used solely for delivering football coaching sessions, including subsequent courses within the service.

All provided information will be handled and processed in compliance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Football '4' All is committed to maintaining the accuracy and currency of your information and will not retain it beyond necessary periods, except where legal requirements dictate otherwise.
