Welcome to Ballerz Foundation Development Centre, our indoor football programme designed for children aged 3–7 years, providing the perfect environment to build strong football foundations from an early age.

Our Foundation Development sessions combine fun, structured coaching with real football development, helping young players grow in confidence while learning the fundamental skills and understanding they need to progress.

Delivered by experienced FA & UEFA licensed coaches, every session is adapted to the age and stage of the players, ensuring children are challenged appropriately while continuing to enjoy their football.

Whether your child is taking their first steps into structured football or is already football-mad and ready to develop their skills further, Foundation Development is designed to help every young player progress at their own pace.

⚽ Ball Mastery & Football Skills

Players spend plenty of time with a ball at their feet, developing touch, control, dribbling, turning, passing and shooting through age-appropriate activities.

🏃‍♂️ Movement & Coordination

Sessions help develop balance, coordination, agility and movement — providing important foundations for both football and wider physical development.

🎯 Learning Through Football

Fun challenges and progressive activities introduce players to decision-making, awareness and problem-solving while keeping children active and engaged.

🧠 Early Game Understanding

Players begin to understand the basics of football through 1v1s, 2v2s and small-sided games, introducing teamwork, movement, attacking and defending.

😀 Confidence & Independence

Our coaches create a positive environment where children are encouraged to try new things, express themselves and become increasingly confident and independent on the pitch.

👥 Age & Ability Appropriate

With an age range of 3–7, activities and groups can be adapted according to age, ability and stage of development, ensuring each player receives the right level of support and challenge.

Ballerz Foundation Development Centre operates on a Pay as You Play basis at £8 per session, giving families the flexibility to attend without committing to a full term.

Once registered, simply turn up, pay on arrival and play! ⚽
